Reservoirs - retention and storage

Storage tanks NavoTech, depending on the needs and conditions of use, are produced in various material and construction versions: single or multi-chamber, as flow-through and drainless devices, with side inlet or outlet, with additional inlets.

Retention tanks they are intended for underground development in green areas or communication routes.

Size and volume retention reservoirs is limited only by the possibilities of road transport. Tanks can be combined into combined modules and then the working volume of the system is unlimited.

If necessary, we provide assistance in the selection and arrangement of the appropriate, complete retention system, which will include other components of the system, such as: linear drainage, flow regulators, separators, pumping stations, return flaps.

Retention tanks offered by NavoTech include:

  • ROK-PE double-wall, structural polyethylene,
  • ROK-R spiral, steel,
  • RET made of polyethylene, working volume of the tank up to 3,2 [m3].

Application

  • retention, buffer and storage tanks rainwater, sewage, aggressive media,
  • retention tanks used in open technical and industrial installations: water treatment plants, water and sewage treatment plants,
  • storage tanks against fire (fire protection),
  • storage tanks for drinking water used for economic purposes (with the National Institute of Hygiene certificate for drinking water),
  • elements of water and sewage installations, e.g. casings of pumping stations, sewage treatment plants, separators, measurement wells and water meter wells.

ROK-PE polyethylene tanks

Building

Polyethylene retention tanks ROK-PE, in the shape of a horizontal cylinder, are made of high-density polyethylene PE-HD based on structural spiral double-walled pipes with high circumferential stiffness SN2÷SN8.

The proposed storage tanks are easy to install (the smallest devices do not require the use of lifting devices) and are neutral to the natural environment.

Retention tanks do not require additional protective coatings and other maintenance procedures.

The NavoTech company has permanently introduced to its offer steel tanks made on the basis of a spirally corrugated pipe, protected on both sides with a pressure and thermally pressed Trenchcoat coating.

ROK-R steel tanks 

Application

Steel tank ROK-R can be successfully used as an external, non-pressure sewage system for installation: in the ground, in the right-of-way under the road, in other areas used for communication engineering purposes:

  • fire protection storage tanks (fire protection),
  • retention, buffer and storage tanks for rainwater,
  • elements of water and sewage systems, e.g. casings of pumping stations, separators, well measuring and water meters.

Building

Steel tanks ROK-R are made on the basis of a spirally corrugated pipe, protected on both sides with a pressure and thermally pressed Trenchcoat coating.

Under the layer of Trench-coat, anti-corrosion protection was applied in the form of a 40μm thick zinc coating applied by fire. The wall of the tank has a PE-Zn-St-Zn-PE multi-layer cross-section.

Application

NavoTech RET tanks are designed for water and sewage storage for domestic and industrial purposes with small volumes. They can be used as elements of systems: sewage treatment plants, rainwater recovery, irrigation, water treatment. RET tanks can also be used to collect rainwater in households.

RET polyethylene tanks 

Building

They are made of high-density linear polyethylene, stabilized against UV rays. The rotational molding process produces monolithic products, i.e. without joints, with high strength and impact resistance.

At the edges and transitions, the walls are thickened by about 50%. The use of selected, non-toxic raw material for the production of tanks guarantees obtaining products without defects and suitable for contact with food.

The proposed tanks are light due to the low specific gravity of polyethylene and easy to keep clean due to very smooth external and internal surfaces.
