NT-ROT sewage treatment plants
NT-ROT sewage treatment plant: rotating disk beds for 50÷400 permanent inhabitants (pe), with a capacity of 5÷60 [m3/d].
In treatment plants with a rotating bed, a moving series of discs is the basis for the development of a biological membrane, thanks to which completeness takes place biological wastewater treatment. The excess biological membrane is torn off from the bed and retained in the settler secondary.
The rotating bed treatment plant is used in the following facilities:
- schools, kindergartens, social welfare homes, sanatoriums, recreation centers,
- social facilities of industrial plants.

They are characterized by a very high resistance of the system to uneven inflow of quantity and quality of sewage, which is confirmed by their installation and operation at motorway MOPs, ski stations, workplaces, etc.
As a biological degree used here SBR batch reactor (Sequencing Batch Reactor) with low-load activated sludge. Wastewater treatment takes place in several phases and cycles during the day in one tank.

Biological reactor
The NT-BIOS biological reactor offered by Navotech is a solution that has been proven and improved by us for 20 years for the disposal of social and domestic sewage. It is characterized by very high resistance to uneven inflow of quantity and quality of sewage, which is confirmed by its development and operation at highway MOPs, ski stations, workplaces, etc. It often replaces the problem of septic tank disposal.

Disc bed
