Free-standing process and storage tanks

The basic construction materials of our tanks are:

  • Polyethylene - PE100, PE-100-RC
  • Polypropylene - PP
  • PVC polychloride

We offer two types of tanks:

  • NT-TOR – cylindrical tanks
  • NT-TOP – rectangular tanks

Thanks to the wide range of construction materials, we are able to select the appropriate NT-TOR/NT-TOP tank resistant to:

  • stored medium (e.g. aggressive media: poisonous, corrosive),
  • temperature (medium and ambient),
  • working conditions.

We deliver the NT-TOR/NT-TOP tanks to the construction site ready for foundation or, if necessary, we weld them on the customer's site.

In cases where the applicable regulations oblige the user of the NT-TOR/NT-TOP tank to report it to the Office of Technical Inspection (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 63, item 572, Regulation of the Minister of Economy of April 16, 2002 on the technical conditions of inspection requirements for non-pressure and low-pressure tanks intended for storage of toxic or corrosive materials) we deliver products to the construction site with full UDT documentation, ready to be reported by the user to the local technical inspection office.

Process and/or storage tanks are made in the following versions:

  • freestanding,
  • cylindrical vertical: with flat bottom, conical, slanted, open, closed, etc.,
  • cylindrical horizontal,
  • rectangular,
  • other acc. investor's needs.

Equipment of the tanks, depending on the needs, includes:

  • protective tub (double-walled version),
  • thermal insulation and a system for maintaining/raising the medium temperature
  • entrance ladders with protective baskets, service platforms, handrails, self-closing gates
  • dosing pumps, technological mixers,
  • control and measurement equipment: filling, unsealing, temperature, etc.

Process tanks tailored to customer requirements.

Thanks to an individual approach to each selection or the lack of series of types, NT-TOR and NT-TOP tanks are adapted to specific customer guidelines. These tanks can be prepared on special order, adjusting their dimensions and capacity to the requirements of a specific project.

The possibility of tailoring the tanks to the customer's needs is not the only advantage of our solutions. An important feature of thermoplastic materials is their low weight in relation to the common steel used. Thanks to this, the customer during unloading and foundation at the installation site incurs lower costs related to renting the necessary equipment, and the foundation itself is much easier.

If there is a need to select a tank at the installation site, please contact us - we also offer professional selection at the customer's site.

INFORMATION MATERIALS

Process tanks and storage buildings by Navotech, marked as NT-TOR and NT-TOP, are delivered to the construction site as ready for foundation or, if necessary, are welded on the customer's site.

In cases where the applicable regulations oblige the user of the tank to report it to the Office of Technical Inspection, the products are delivered with full UDT documentation, ready to be reported by the user to the local office of technical inspection.

Process tanks Navotech are tailored to individual customer requirements. Due to the lack of series of types, NT-TOR and NT-TOP tanks are adapted to specific customer guidelines. They can be prepared on special order, adjusting their dimensions and capacity to the requirements of a specific project.

If there is a need to select the tank at the installation site, Navotech offers professional selection also at the customer's site.

Process tanks, used in various industries, including chemical, food and pharmaceutical, are characterized by a number of advantages that make them increasingly chosen by entrepreneurs. One of the key advantages of these tanks is their low weight compared to traditional steel tanks. This is a direct result of the use of modern thermoplastic materials in the production process, which not only reduce the weight of the tank, but also provide excellent resistance to corrosion and aggressive chemicals.

Low weight of process tanks has a direct impact on reducing logistics and installation costs. By choosing these solutions, customers can count on significant savings related to the rental of equipment for unloading and placing tanks. Lighter tanks require less advanced equipment, which translates into lower rental fees. In addition, process tanks that are easier to manipulate significantly simplify the installation process, which not only shortens the time needed for foundation, but also minimizes the risk of damage to both the tank itself and the surroundings.

Additionally, process tanks offer high flexibility in terms of configuration and adaptation to specific process needs. The ability to choose from a variety of shapes, sizes and additional equipment options, such as mixers, heating and cooling systems, allows you to optimize production processes and increase their efficiency. The high resistance of thermoplastic materials to chemicals and weather conditions guarantees a long service life of the tanks, which is another argument in their favor.

Process tanks are a modern and economically effective solution for industry, which are becoming more and more popular thanks to their unique properties, such as low weight, high corrosion resistance, flexible configuration and ease of installation. By choosing these tanks, companies can not only reduce operating costs, but also increase the efficiency and safety of their production processes.
