Oil separators


The beginning of NavoTech's activity was primarily the production of petroleum separators, and up till today several thousand devices (coalescence, lamellar, vortex separators) have been produced.

 

The series of light liquid separation devices are tested according to the PN-EN 858 standard procedure at the 150 l / s testing station built on the premises of NavoTech. Process efficiency of the separation of pollutants and hydraulic efficiency are tested, we define in detail the height of the overflow thresholds on storm overflows.

 

Our offer includes, among others, separators:

- with any capacity indicated by the project (the smallest being 0.2 [l/s] and the largest 4500 [l/s]),
- with capacities from 0.1 to 800 [l/s] of nominal flow
- for free-standing or underground buildings (with the possibility of foundation in communication routes with vehicular traffic, in the IV category of mining damage),
- in any material execution (polyethylene PE-HD, concrete C35 / 45, GRP laminate, carbon steel or chrome-nickel steel),
- of any shape according to local conditions (cuboids, cylinders with horizontal or vertical axis).

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT

Depending on design requirements and industry arrangements:

– emptying installations facilitating direct cleaning and servicing of separators,
– additional oil sorption cartridges to obtain above-standard wastewater quality,
– probes measuring the level of suspensions and petroleum substances with a sound and / or light alarm system,
– flow rate measurement systems,
– flow regulators,
– end-flow check valve and emergency shut-off at the inlet to the separator,
– connection of gravity ventilation in the case of locating the separator inside rooms, halls, etc.



 MAK-PE SEPARATOR


MAK-PE coalescence separators are intended for the treatment of rainwater discharged from roads, parking lots, parking and maneuvering yards and technological wastewater from car washes, mechanical and repair workshops, gas stations, vehicle parts storage, etc. Mineral suspensions are retained in coalescence separators such as sand, mud, ash, and petroleum substances. The MAK-PE coalescing separator is designed to be operated from the ground level without having to go inside the device.

 

MAK-PE coalescing separator tanks in the shape of a cylinder with a vertical axis are made of high-density polyethylene PE-HD based on spiral double-walled pipes with high circumferential stiffness in the SN2 ÷ SN8 range.

 

The MAK-PE separator family includes:

MAK-PE - equipped with auto-closing, coalescing insert.

MAKO-PE - equipped with auto-closing, coalescing cartridge, sedimentation tank for mineral suspensions.

MAKH-PE - equipped with auto-close, coalescing cartridge, storm by-pass x5 or x10.

MAK-B SEPARATOR


MAK-B coalescence separators are intended for the treatment of rainwater discharged from roads, parking lots, parking and maneuvering yards and technological wastewater from car washes, mechanical and repair workshops, gas stations, from places where vehicle parts are stored, etc. The coalescence separator retains mineral suspensions such as sand, mud, ash, and oil derivatives. The MAK-B oil separator is designed to be operated from the ground level without having to enter the interior of the device.

 

All materials used in the production of oil separators are neutral to the natural environment. The monolithic MAK-B coalescing separator tanks are made of reinforced concrete in the C35 / 45 concrete class with a sealing additive ensuring watertightness of the entire W-8 tank.

 

The MAK-B oil separator family includes:

MAK-B equipped with an auto-closing, coalescing insert.

MAKO-B equipped with an auto-closing, coalescing cartridge, sedimentation tank of mineral suspensions.

MAK-P SEPARATOR


MAK-P coalescence separators integrated with the pumping chamber are designed for free-standing MAK-WP or underground MAK-P buildings (especially for installation in underground car parks of commercial complexes), they are intended for the treatment of rainwater drained from roads, parking lots, parking and maneuvering yards and technological wastewater from car washes, mechanical and repair workshops, gas stations, vehicle parts storage, etc. In coalescence separators, mineral suspensions such as sand, mud, ash and petroleum substances are retained. The coalescence separator is designed to be operated from the ground level without having to enter the interior of the device.

 

The pressure system of the MAK-P and MAK-WP separators ensures that the treated sewage is raised to the required height, when there is no possibility of gravity discharge.

 

MAK-P coalescing separator tanks in the shape of a cylinder with a vertical axis are made of high-density polyethylene PE-HD based on spiral double-walled pipes with high circumferential stiffness in the range of SN2 ÷ SN8. MAK-WP rectangular separator tanks are made of high-density polyethylene plates. The proposed separators are easy to install, the smallest devices of the series do not require the use of lifting devices.

 

The MAK-P family of separators includes:

MAK-P for underground installation, equipped with auto-closing, coalescence cartridge, mineral slurry settling tank, pump chamber with a pumping system and a control cabinet,

MAK-WP for free-standing construction, equipped with auto-closing, coalescing insert, sedimentation tank for mineral suspensions, pump chamber with a pumping system and a control cabinet.

 

The coalescence separator is designed for installation in:

– underground in green areas and in areas with traffic, in the area of ​​mining damage, MAK-P,
– free-standing in non-freezing rooms, MAK-WP.



SL SEPARATOR


SL lamella separators manufactured by NavoTech are intended for the separation of petroleum substances (oils, greases, gasoline, etc.). Due to the high hydraulic capacity of up to 10,000 [l / s], SL lamella separators are used in rainwater treatment systems from urban catchment systems, in rainwater networks of industrial plants or equipment bases, in road drainage systems, as well as parking lots and squares. maneuvering, etc.

 

Basic advantages of using SL separators:

– the possibility of using, in large urban catchments, complete integrated devices (settling tank and separator) without losing the efficiency and operating parameters of the entire system (up to 10,000 [l / s]),
– the possibility of making and connecting separators to large rain collectors with a nominal diameter of up to 1600 mm,
– small cavity of separators with a large working volume of the system and the highest efficiency of dirt separation,
– for use in terrain with vehicle traffic up to 100 [kN / axis],>
– for use in the area of ​​mining damage, up to and including category IV,
– for use in sewage systems with a depth of up to 8 m below the ground elevation.

 

The SL lamella separator is produced in cylindrical tanks with a horizontal axis in the following material versions:

POLYETHYLENE separator tanks SL-PE: high-density polyethylene PE-HD based on spiral double-walled pipes with high ring stiffness in the SN2 ÷ SN8 range.

STEEL SPIRAL SL-R separator tanks: steel spiral corrugated pipes covered on both sides with a layer of TrenchCoating polymer, which significantly increases their corrosion resistance. Spiral pipes and separators made of them can work in the ground at considerable depths, with the ground level up to several meters and more.

The SDL oil separator is designed to be operated from the ground level without having to enter the interior of the device.
